Ahhh, see that's it. The booze in you. It is a pile of food that is (by design) the perfect compliment to lots and lots of booze.

Even the recipe calls for a case of beer as a side dish.

I'm about the farthest thing from a beer snob and I don't even drink Genny if I can help it. How about you just drive by the brewery and treat him to Golden Anniversery?

I know, Genny beer sucks. 12 Horse is the only barely potable variety, emphasis on the barely. But while in Rome, and since he's never even tasted one I figure he should, if only to know that he never wants a second.

Same way I make everyone eat Scrapple when I take them to Delaware.
