Season's Greetings

Very shortly (mere minutes) after they were created, and placed on the cookie tin in readiness for the parade, I mean the box of cookies, to bring exclamation and smiles to the faces of certain relatives on Christmas Eve, though eventually to be eaten, a conversation was overheard between this snowman and this penguin. Or so claims my wife.
This snowman said, "Sleighbells ring, are you listening?" This penguin replied, "Let me think about that."

Ask not who the sleighbells toll for, Snowman.

Are you sure that that's a penguin? Looks like the Xmas Mothman to me.
