Isn't the REAL fishy thing why Monk, a good, red-blooded 'Merican, would be reading a foreign newspaper like the Guardian? Can't you be a real patriot and use the Internet as God intended - to check out porn sites with good American women, rather than to be exposed to non-American viewpoints on the world? I think Homeland Security will be very interested in looking further into this...
