I saw Wonkette refer to it as "coke foam", which I at first couldn't figure out what the hell she was talking about, resulting in useless googles, until I saw it somewhere else.

There's also a link on kos going to some amatuer writey lipreader saying that Pres said to Kerry "can I talk to you later" after the debate, leading to speculations about Bush's health, citing that half of his face seems to be sliding off his face at times.
